注氮量对上隅角低氧气体分布特征影响研究

【摘要】 为降低采空区注氮对上隅角低氧问题的影响,提高上隅角氧气体积分数,基于山西某矿100508工作面低氧现状,在现场试验的基础之上,利用Ansys Fluent软件对不同注氮量工况下上隅角低氧气体分布进行模拟,从惰化采空区和上隅角低氧问题防治维度研究注氮量变化对上隅角低氧气体分布特征的影响。研究结果表明:注氮量的调整不仅导致“自燃三带”发生变化,还使得上隅角氧气体积分数显著改变;随注氮量的增加,采空区氧化带面积占比自19.62%缩减并稳定在14.68%左右;上隅角低氧区域面积随注氮量的增大呈现出先减后增的“V”字型变化规律,当注氮量为350 m~3/h时,低氧面积达最小值7.25 m~2;综合考虑“自燃三带”及上隅角低氧问题,确立350 m~3/h为最佳注氮量。研究结果可为采空区注氮量的优化及上隅角低氧问题的解决提供理论借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to mitigate the impact of nitrogen injection in the goaf on the low oxygen problem in the upper corner and to increase the oxygen volume fraction in the upper corner, this study was based on the low oxygen conditions observed at the 100508 working face of a mine in Shanxi Province.On the basis of on-site experiments, the distribution of low oxygen gas in the upper corner under different nitrogen injection rates was simulated using Ansys Fluent.From the perspectives of goaf inertization and prevention of the upper-corner low-oxygen problem, the effect of varying nitrogen injection rates on the distribution characteristics of low oxygen gas in the upper corner was investigated.The results indicate that adjusting the nitrogen-injection rate not only alters the “spontaneous combustion three zones” but also significantly changes the oxygen volume fraction in the upper corner.With increasing nitrogen injection, the proportion of the oxidation zone area in the goaf decreases from 19.62% to about 14.68% and then stabilizes.The area of the low oxygen zone in the upper corner exhibits a “V” shaped variation pattern: it first decreases and then increases as the nitrogen injection rate rises.When the nitrogen injection rate is 350 m~3/h, the low oxygen area reaches the minimum value of 7.25 m~2.Comprehensively considering the “spontaneous combustion three zones” and the low oxygen problem in the upper corner, 350 m~3/h is determined as the optimal nitrogen injection rate.The findings provide theoretical reference for optimizing nitrogen injection rate in the goaf and solving the low oxygen problem in the upper corner.
