【Abstract】 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a heterogeneous lung disease characterized by persistent respiratory symptoms and airflow limitation. It affects nearly 100 million patients in China and has a high mortality rate worldwide. As a first-line choice for the treatment of COPD, inhalation preparations have the advantages of high safety, rapid onset and portability, and are especially suitable for long-term treatment. Despite the significant effect of inhalation therapy, substantial challenges remain in enhancing patients’ medication compliance. Based on the guidelines and existing literature, this paper systematically sorts out the main influencing factors and improvement measures of inhalation medication compliance in COPD patients, aiming to provide a reference for optimizing COPD disease management.更多还原
