【Abstract】 In the context of the new era, in order to fully meet the talent needs of socialist modernization construction, it is necessary to fully grasp and give full play to the unique advantages of collaborative education between industry, academia, and research. By finding existing problems, drawing important achievements, and referring to excellent experience from real cases, targeted strategies should be adopted to reform the talent training mode of universities in response to problems such as lagging ideas, curriculum limitations, supply-demand imbalance, and weak policies.
