【摘要】 目的 观察揿针针刺联合穴位贴敷对盐酸羟考酮缓释片所致便秘的影响。方法 将80例经盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗后出现便秘的恶性肿瘤患者采用随机数表法分为两组，各40例。两组均口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片。对照组给予乳果糖口服溶液，清晨空腹口服；观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用揿针针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗。两组均以7 d为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程，对比两组便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分、克利夫兰诊所便秘评分(CCS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后，两组PAC-QOL、CCS、SAS评分均降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论 在乳果糖口服溶液治疗基础上加用揿针针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗可改善盐酸羟考酮缓释片所致便秘的临床症状，减轻便秘严重程度，提高患者生活质量，缓解焦虑情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of press-needle acupuncture combined with acupoint application on constipation induced by oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. Methods Eighty patients with malignant tumors who developed constipation after treatment with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets were randomly assigned by the randomnumber-table method to two groups, 40 cases each. Both groups continued oral oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. The control group received lactulose oral solution taken in the morning on an empty stomach. On the basis of the control regimen, the observation group received additional press-needle acupuncture combined with acupoint application. Both groups were treated for 7 days as one course, a total of 2 treatment courses. The Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life(PACQOL) score, Cleveland Clinic Constipation Score(CCS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, PAC-QOL, CCS, and SAS scores decreased in both groups, and the observation group showed lower scores than the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions did not differ significantly between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of lactulose oral solution, adding pressneedle acupuncture combined with acupoint application can improve clinical symptoms of constipation induced by oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, reduce constipation severity, enhance quality of life, and alleviate anxiety.更多还原
