【Abstract】 Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT) and chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T) cell therapy are pivotal treatments for hematologic malignancies. However, monotherapy still faces challenges such as high relapse rates and toxic side effects. This article systematically explores the synergistic mechanisms and clinical value of combining CAR-T therapy with HSCT, with a focus on strategies like HSCT bridging CAR-T cell therapy and the integrated sequential approach of CAR-T cell therapy followed by allogeneic HSCT. These approaches demonstrate enhanced efficacy and reduced relapse risk, offering new perspectives for optimizing comprehensive treatment regimens for hematologic tumors.更多还原
