【摘要】 文章介绍了1例血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者经多学科联合诊疗讨论，对该患者做出准确诊断，得到及时有效救治过程。患者以神经精神症状为首发表现，合并重症肺炎、呼吸衰竭，以及呕血等出血表现，病程短，病情进展迅速，经过血浆置换联合糖皮质激素治疗，辅以抗感染、呼吸机辅助，病情缓解后出院。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article presents a case of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura that was accurately diagnosed and effectively treated through multidisciplinary team discussion. The patient initially presented with neuropsychiatric symptoms, accompanied by severe pneumonia, respiratory failure and hemorrhagic manifestations such as hematemesis. The disease progressed rapidly within a short course. After treatment with plasma exchange combined with glucocorticoids, supplemented by anti-infective therapy and ventilator support, the patient’s condition improved, and they were discharged.更多还原
