【摘要】 目的 探讨药学从业人员服务态度在心理健康素养与睡眠质量间的中介效应。方法 采用便利抽样法选取379名药学从业人员，对其采用心理健康素养量表（MHLS）评估心理健康素养水平，采用药师药学服务态度与行为量表中的药学服务态度分量表评估服务态度，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评估睡眠质量。使用Pearson相关分析和结构方程模型分析变量间的关系及服务态度在心理健康素养与睡眠质量间的中介效应。结果 共发放问卷379份，回收有效问卷357份，有效回收率为94.20%。357名药学从业人员MHLS总分为（112.32±12.15）分，药学服务态度分量表总分为（24.57±7.29）分，PSQI总分为（8.41±2.72）分。药学从业人员MHLS总分与药学服务态度分量表总分呈显著正相关（P<0.01），与PSQI总分呈显著负相关（P<0.01）；药学服务态度分量表总分与PSQI总分呈显著负相关（P<0.01）。中介效应分析显示，心理健康素养通过影响服务态度间接作用于睡眠质量，中介效应占比为20.31%。结论 药学从业人员心理健康素养与服务态度、睡眠质量有关，且服务态度在两者间起部分中介作用，这为药学从业人员职业健康干预方案的制定提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mediating effect of service attitude between mental health literacy and sleep quality of pharmaceutical practitioners.Methods The Mental Health Literacy Scale(MHLS),Scale for Pharmacists’ Attitudes to and Behaviors in Pharmaceutical Care-Pharmaceutical Service Attitudes(SPABPC-PSA) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) were used to mental health literacy,service attitudes and sleep quality among 379 pharmaceutical practitioners selected by convenience sampling method,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the relationships among variables and the mediating effect of service attitude between mental health literacy and sleep quality.Results A total of 379 questionnaires were distributed,357 valid ones collected,with a valid collection rate of 94.20%.The total MHLS score was(112.32±12.15),SPABPC-PSA(24.57±7.29),and PSQI(8.41±2.72) among 357 pharmaceutical practitioners,respectively.The total score of the MHLS was significantly positively correlated with that of the SPABPC-PSA(P<0.01) and negatively with that of the PSQI among pharmaceutical practitioners(P<0.01);the total score of the SPABPC-PSA was significantly negatively correlated with that of PSQI(P<0.01).Mediating effect analysis showed that mental health literacy indirectly affected sleep quality through affecting service attitude,the mediating effect accounted for 20.31%.Conclusion Mental health literacy of pharmaceutical practitioners is associated with service attitudes and sleep quality,service attitude plays a partial mediating effect between mental health literacy and sleep quality,which provide reference for formulating professional health intervention strategies for pharmaceutical practitioners.更多还原
