【摘要】 目的 探讨术前预适应对骨性关节炎全膝关节置换（TKA）患者术后功能、生活质量以及焦虑状况的影响。方法 选取2021年1月～2022年12月收治的120例行TKA患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组患者接受术前预适应训练，对照组患者未接受术前预适应训练。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症以及满意度。手术前和手术后第4 d采用纽约特种外科医院评分（HSS）、健康调查简表（SF-36）、汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评估两组患者的膝关节功能、生活质量、焦虑状况。结果 两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等手术相关指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组，满意度高于对照组（P<0.05或0.01）。手术后第4 d，两组患者HSS、SF-36评分较手术前升高，HAMA评分较手术前降低，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 术前预适应对骨性关节炎TKA患者有积极影响，可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of preoperative pre-adaptation on postoperative function,quality of life and anxiety status of osteoarthritis patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing the TKA from Jan.2021 to Dec.2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation and control group,with 60 ones in each.Observation group received preoperative pre-adaption training and controls did not.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,lengths of stay,postoperatiev complications and satisfactions were compared between two groups.Before and on the 4th day after operation,knee functions,quality of life and anxiety status were assessed for both groups using Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS) Knee Score,36-item ShortForm Health Survey(SF-36) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),respectively.Results Intergroup differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and lengths of stay weren’t statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower and satisfaction higher in observation than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).On the 4th day after operation,HSS and SF-36 score elevated and HAMA lowered in both groups compared with pre-operation,and observation group was better than controls group(P<0.01).Conclusion Preoperative pre-adaptation has a positive effect on osteoarthritis patients undergoing the TKA and can be widely used.更多还原
