【摘要】 本文综述了近年来荧光素钠(SF)在胶质瘤手术中的应用现状，包括对SF原理、机制、术中应用、临床疗效、术中安全性以及经济学评价等全面评估该技术在实践中的表现。SF引导下胶质瘤切除术通过术前静脉注射SF,实现术中识别肿瘤边界，精准切除肿瘤组织，其成本低、操作简便、安全性高，有效提升了肿瘤可视化程度，临床实践表明，采用SF引导的胶质瘤切除术能够显著延长患者的生存期，并改善患者的生活质量。本文旨在对SF在胶质瘤术中的应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This review examines the recent application of sodium fluorescein(SF) in glioma surgery, encompassing a thorough assessment of its practical performance, including the underlying principle, mechanism, intraoperative usage, clinical effectiveness, safety during surgery, and cost-effectiveness analysis of SF. SF-guided glioma resection has the potential to markedly extend patient survival and enhance quality of life through the intraoperative administration of SF, facilitating the delineation of tumor boundaries and the precise excision of tumor tissue. This method is cost-effective, straightforward, and safe, thereby significantly enhancing tumor visualization.
