【摘要】 患者女，25岁，面中部及颈部丘疹和结节18年，背部蓝色结节2年。皮肤科检查：面中部及背部散在或密集分布约米粒至绿豆大、圆形、界清、质硬、肤色丘疹和结节，表面光滑，部分有融合。背部散在分布蓝色丘疹及结节，形态规则，表面平滑。颈部及背部皮损组织病理：真皮浅层见肿瘤细胞团块，与表皮不相连，肿瘤境界清楚，被致密的结缔组织鞘包绕，肿瘤细胞由基底样细胞叶状团块组成，肿瘤小叶外周明显的栅栏状排列，散在分布角囊肿，诊断：多发性毛发上皮瘤。家族中共有9人患病。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 25-year-old female patient presented with papules and nodules on the middle part of the face and the neck for18 years, and blue nodules on the back for 2 years. Histopathological analysis of the skin lesions on the neck and back showed that tumor cell nests located in the superficial dermis, but not connected to the epidermis. The tumor had a clear boundary and was surrounded by a dense connective tissue sheath. The tumor cells were composed of lobular masses of basaloid cells. An obvious palisade arrangement appeared on the periphery of the tumor lobules, and horn cysts scattered. A total of 9 her family members were affected by the disease. A diagnosis of multiple trichoepitheliomas was established.更多还原
