孤独症谱系障碍患者杏仁核与大脑左右半球功能整合的偏侧性研究

【摘要】 目的:探究孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)患者杏仁核与大脑左右半球的功能连接及其偏侧化特异性模式。方法:使用27例ASD患者和29名年龄匹配的标准发育对照(typically developing controls,TDC)的静息态功能磁共振数据,采用功能连接和偏差化分析获得杏仁核与大脑左右半球之间的功能连接及偏侧化程度,并对其统计分析。结果:与TDC组相比,ASD组大脑左侧海马区域与左侧杏仁核功能连接显著降低(t=-4.1,P<0.005),与右侧杏仁核显著升高(t=3.1,P<0.01); ASD左侧杏仁核与扣带回的功能连接偏侧化显著升高(t=3.7,P<0.05),而右侧杏仁核与颞上回出现降低(t=-4.3,P<0.05);右侧杏仁核与默认网络等动态功能连接偏侧化显著升高(t=3.9,P<0.05),与感觉运动网络出现降低(t=-4.6,P<0.05)。结论:杏仁核与大脑左右半球之间的功能连接及其偏侧化在ASD患者大脑神经机制中扮演着不同的角色。

【Abstract】 Objective: This study aims to explore the functional connectivity between the amygdala and the left and right hemispheres of the brain as well as its lateralization-specific patterns in autism spectrum disorder(ASD) patients. Method: This study utilized the resting-state functional magnetic resonance data of27 individuals with ASD(ASD group) and 29 age-matched typically developing controls(TDC group).Functional connectivity and lateralization analyses were employed to obtain the functional connectivity and the degree of lateralization between the amygdala and the left and right hemispheres of the brain,followed by statistical analyses. Results: Compared with the TDC group,it was found that in the ASD group,the functional connectivity between the left hippocampal region and the left amygdala was significantly decreased(t =-4. 1,P < 0. 005),while that with the right amygdala was significantly increased(t = 3. 1,P < 0. 01). The lateralization of the functional connectivity between the left amygdala and the cingulate gyrus in the ASD group was significantly increased(t = 3. 7,P < 0. 05),whereas that between the right amygdala and the superior temporal gyrus was decreased(t =-4. 3,P < 0. 05). The lateralization of the dynamic functional connectivity between the right amygdala and the default mode network was significantly increased(t = 3. 9,P < 0. 05),and that with the sensorimotor network was decreased(t =-4. 6,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The functional connectivity between the amygdala and the left and right hemispheres of the brain as well as its lateralization play different roles in the brain neural mechanisms patients with ASD group.
