自攻螺钉在LVL中抗拔性能研究
Study on the Withdrawal Resistance of Self-Tapping Screws in Laminated Veneer Lumber
【摘要】 为完善国内单板层积材(LVL)作为结构构件的连接性能设计数据,对216个LVL试件进行全螺纹自攻螺钉(STS)进行了拔出试验,并评价了STS直径、钉入深度、钉入方向和LVL树种等因素对STS在LVL中抗拔性能的影响。结果表明:破坏模式与STS钉入方向有关,与STS直径、钉入深度和LVL树种无关。抗拔承载力随STS钉入深度或STS直径增大而增大,STS钉入LVL侧面时抗拔承载力和抗拔强度最大,在其他相同条件下,侧面钉入时最大抗拔承载力(抗拔强度)分别是端面钉入和表面钉入的2.22倍和1.63倍。STS在气干密度小、密实度大的马尾松LVL中抗拔性能高于气干密度大、密实度小的落叶松LVL,不同因素对抗拔强度影响规律和对抗拔承载力影响规律不一致。LVL作为结构构件连接设计时,其抗拔性能设计应考虑不同钉入方向的显著差异。
【Abstract】 A total of 216 Laminated Veneer Lumber(LVL) specimens inserted with full-thread Self-Tapping Screw(STS) were carried out withdrawal test to improve the connection design data of domestic LVL product using as structural element. The influences of several important factors, such as STS diameter, penetration depth, penetration direction, and LVL species, on the withdrawal performance were evaluated. The results showed that the withdrawal failure modes were related with the STS penetration direction, but not the other factors. The withdrawal capacity increased with the increasing of STS penetration depth or STS diameter. The withdrawal capacity and strength of STS inserted into the edge face of LVL was the highest, which was about 2.22 times and 1.63 times of those STS inserted into the end face or wide face of LVL, respectively. The withdrawal performance of STS in masson pine LVL with lower density and higher compression ratio was higher than those in larch LVL with higher density and lower compression ratio. Different factors had different influences trend on the withdrawal capacity and strength. When designing the connection of LVL element, the different withdrawal performance of LVL in different inserted direction should been taken into accounts.
