【摘要】 目的 比较后外侧入路和Super PATH入路全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法 将110例老年股骨颈骨折患者分为对照组(采用后外侧入路全髋关节置换术治疗，60例)和观察组(采用Super PATH入路全髋关节置换术治疗，50例)。比较两组围手术期指标、疼痛VAS评分，采用Harris评分评价髋关节功能恢复情况。结果 患者均获得随访，时间3～18(6.1±3.2)个月。切口长度、术中出血量、开始扶拐行走时间、术后引流量观察组均短(少)于对照组(P<0.01);手术时间观察组长于对照组(P<0.01)。术后1 d疼痛VAS评分观察组小于对照组(P<0.01);术后2周Harris评分观察组大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 与后外侧入路相比，Super PATH入路全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折具有切口小、术中出血量少、术后早期疼痛程度轻及髋关节功能恢复较快的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of total hip arthroplasty via posterolateral approach and Super PATH approach in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly. Methods The 110 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were divided into a control group( The 60 cases were treated with total hip arthroplasty via posterolateral approach) and an observation group( The 50 cases were treated with total hip arthroplasty via Super PATH approach).Perioperative indicators and pain VAS were compared between the two groups. Harris score was used to evaluate the recovery of hip joint function. Results All patients were followed up for 3 ～ 18( 6. 1 ± 3. 2) months. The incision length,intraoperative blood loss,time to start walking with crutches,and postoperative drainage volume in the observation group were shorter( less) than those in the control group( P < 0. 01); the operation time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group( P < 0. 01).
