【Abstract】 The implementation of the mission of “educating people for the Party” in universities is a key task of the “double-leading” faculty Party branch secretaries’ studios. Based on an analysis of the historical significance of cultivating such workrooms, this paper identifies five key issues that urgently need to be addressed in the cultivation of these workrooms. It proposes a cultivation pathway that focuses on strengthening leadership teams, emphasizing political awareness, enforcing strict discipline, promoting contributions, and enhancing collaboration.
