【摘要】 为考察战时上海职业女性互助关系，基于社会网络理论，对儿科医生苏曾祥与作家苏青的交往实践进行互惠机制与关系特征分析。研究结果发现：双方基于共同的教育背景与身份自觉，通过医疗救助与文化平台的资源置换与反哺，构建出超越亲缘的新型支持网络。这种在制度失灵时自发结成的社会联结，不仅是应对生存挑战的有效机制，也为当下的社会支持体系提供了启示：根植于非制度关系的协作互助，可以成为正式制度的有效补充，并展现出强大的社会创造力。更多还原

【Abstract】 To examine the mutual aid among career women in the wartime Shanghai, the paper analyzes the reciprocity mechanisms and relational characteristics of the interaction practices between Su Zengxiang the pediatrician and Su Qing the writer based on social network theory. The findings reveal that both, as grounded in the shared educational background and self-consciousness of their professional identity, forged a novel support network transcending traditional kinship ties through the resource exchange and mutual feedback between medical assistance and cultural platforms. The social bonds, spontaneously formed, amid the systemic failure not only serve as an effective mechanism to navigate existential challenges but also provide such implications for the contemporary social support system as collaboration and mutual assistance rooted in non-institutional relationships acting as a valuable complement to formal institutions and demonstrating profound social creativity.更多还原
