虚拟仿真实验在“遗传学”实验教学中的应用探索——以“人外周血淋巴细胞培养、染色体带型及核型分析”为例
The application of the virtual simulation experiment in the experimental teaching of genetics: Taking “Human peripheral blood lymphocyte culture,chromosome banding type and karyotype analysis” as example
【摘要】 遗传学是生物科学、生物技术、生态学专业的核心基础课程,而遗传学实验则是遗传学教学的重要构成部分。“人外周血淋巴细胞培养、染色体带型及核型分析”是遗传学实验教学中的重要实验项目。为了让学生掌握人类外周血淋巴细胞的培养方法、人类染色体的G带技术及人类体细胞染色体组型分析的方法,了解人类染色体的形态特征,遗传学教学团队开发了该虚拟仿真实验,并对该实验的构建及应用情况进行了总结,期望能为探讨虚拟仿真实验在遗传学实验教学中的应用效果提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Genetics is the core basic course of Bioscience,Biotechnology and Ecology,and genetic experiment is an important component of genetics teaching.“Human peripheral blood lymphocyte culture,chromosome banding type and karyotype analysis" is an important experimental project in genetics experimental teaching.”In order to enable students to master the culture method of human peripheral blood lymphocytes,the G-band technology of human chromosomes and the method of chromosome karyotype analysis of human somatic cells,and understand the morphological characteristics of human chromosomes,the genetics teaching team developed this virtual simulation experiment.This paper summarizes the construction and application of this experiment.It is expected to provide reference for discussing the application effect of virtual simulation experiment in genetics experiment teaching.
