【Abstract】 To address the lack of practical standards,efficacy evaluation difficulties,and ethical risks faced by university counselors when integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI),this research constructs a theoretical framework and practical pathway centered on human-machine collaboration by systematically analyzing frontier university practices.The main results include:a multi-dimensional,five-level “AI-Counselor Efficacy Benchmark” evaluation model,and a series of “Standardized Operating Procedures” that translate the collaborative concept into actionable steps.The innovation and value of this research lie in its provision of a systematic solution that transcends singular technological applications,offering a clear roadmap for the scientific,efficient,and ethical use of AI.It also posits AI as a catalyst for reforming counselor evaluation systems and reshaping their “expert” professional identity.更多还原
