基于COMSOL相场法的单孔地应力测量模拟试验
Simulation and Experimental Verification of Single Hole Geostress Measurement Based on COMSOL Phase Field Method
【摘要】 以竹林煤矿11075运输底板抽放巷为工程背景,采用定点水压致裂法测量二维地应力.首先在顶板岩层施工垂直钻孔,选取低扰动孔段进行高压水压裂获得主应力大小,通过钻孔窥视确定主应力方向;然后结合现场围岩条件,利用COMSOL软件构建水力压裂模型,模拟侧压系数为1.2的边界条件下的水力压裂过程.模拟结果表明:裂缝压裂后获得的主裂缝延伸方向与现场钻孔窥视结果一致,验证了水压致裂地应力测量方法的可靠性.该研究可为煤矿井下应力场评估提供数值模拟方法与实践依据.
【Abstract】 Taking the 11075 transportation floor drainage roadway of Zhulin Coal Mine as the engineering background, the fixed-point hydraulic fracturing method is used to measure the two-dimensional geostress. Firstly, vertical drilling is carried out in the roof rock layer, and low disturbance sections are selected for high-pressure water fracturing to obtain the magnitude of the principal stress. The direction of the principal stress is determined through drilling observation. Then, based on the surrounding rock conditions on site, a hydraulic fracturing model is constructed using COMSOL software to simulate the hydraulic fracturing process under boundary conditions with a lateral pressure coefficient of 1.2. The simulation results show that the main crack extension direction obtained after fracture fracturing is consistent with the on-site drilling observation results, which verifies the reliability of the hydraulic fracturing stress measurement method. This study can provide numerical simulation methods and practical basis for stress field evaluation in coal mines underground.
