【摘要】 教育家精神引领下教师队伍建设的关键在于师德，着力点在于充分发挥师德评价的指挥棒作用。教育家精神是师德评价的价值遵循，引领师德评价导向崇高、指向自律与面向全人。当前，师德评价实践中存在底线思维影响下师德评价标准被矮化、技治主义影响下师德评价的引领功能被弱化、狭义评价取向下师德评价的维度被窄化等问题。立足教育家精神的引领作用，师德评价应强化以情化德、激发道德领导与助益生命整全发展，凸显师德评价的正面导向作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guided by the spirit of education, the fundamental task of constructing teaching teams centers on teacher ethics, with a key focus on maximizing the role of teacher ethics evaluation. The educator’s spirit serves as the foundational value for this evaluation, leading it toward higher aspirations, encouraging selfdiscipline, and promoting holistic personal development. Current challenges in evaluating teacher ethics can be seen in three main areas: the lowering of standards due to bottom-line thinking, the diminished emphasis on ethics evaluation in the face of technicism, and a narrowed perspective resulting from limited evaluation orientation. To enhance the guiding influence of the educators’ spirit, teacher ethics evaluation should focus on strengthening moral education through emotional engagement, fostering moral leadership, and supporting the comprehensive development of individuals. This approach will amplify the positive impact of teacher ethics evaluation.更多还原
