【摘要】 针对如潮而至的人口老龄化成为重大社会“问题”的广泛议论、研究探索与实践行为，本文力图在“积极老龄化是新的社会建构”的命题下展开讨论，通过识别人口老龄化并非全是主流话语所刻画的因“生命衰退的无助过程”而被动进行“社会支持的无奈之举”的事实后，论证了人口老龄化并非全无社会建构积极意义的“社会问题”,而是一个“人类社会必趋之文明进程的演进”,一个具有进步意义和现代性建构的社会发展过程，通过“积极老龄化”全社会共识和行动可以建构起新型社会的和谐代际关系，并由此支持社会经济发展的高效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the flood-in widespread discussion, research exploration and practical actions in response to the significant social “problem” of aging population, and under the proposition that “active aging is a new social construction”, this paper attempts to discuss that by recognizing that population aging is not entirely a passive “helpless act of social support” due to the “decline of life” depicted by mainstream discourse, population aging is not a “social problem” without positive social construction significance, but rather an “inevitable evolution of human society’s civilization process” or a social development process with progressive significance and modernity construction. Through the consensus and action of the whole society on “active aging”, a harmonious intergenerational relationship of a new society can be constructed, and thus support the high efficiency of social and economic development.更多还原
