高校科研管理数字化转型路径探析
Exploring Digital Transformation Pathways in University Research Management
【摘要】 [研究目的]高校科研管理数字化转型是提升科研管理工作效率、加快建设高校“双一流”进程和确保科研事业长远发展的根基,对其进行研究具有重要现实意义。[研究方法]基于高校科研管理数字化转型中的信息系统效率低下、数据壁垒阻碍协同、管理制度缺乏数据驱动等核心问题,采用案例分析法,以S高校科研管理实践为研究对象,从技术层面、流程层面和制度层面等角度总结了如何提升科研管理效能。[研究结论]对此,提出高校在转型中注重用户需求导向、优先解决高频痛点业务、加强复合型管理人才培养的建议;S高校科研管理数字化转型以技术平台为支撑、以流程协同为核心、以制度变革为保障,三者协同推进实现效能跃升。
【Abstract】 [Research purpose] The digital transformation of scientific research management in universities is the cornerstone for enhancing the efficiency of scientific research management, advancing the process of building world-class universities, and ensuring the long-term development of scientific research undertakings. Therefore, conducting research on this topic holds significant practical importance. [Research method] Based on the core issues in the digital transformation of scientific research management in universities, such as low efficiency of information systems, data barriers hindering collaboration, and the absence of data-driven approaches in management systems, a case study approach is adopted. Taking the scientific research management practices of University S as the research object, this study summarizes how to improve the efficiency of scientific research management from the perspectives of the technical level, process level, and institutional level. [Research conclusion] In response to this, the following suggestions are proposed for universities during the transformation process: focusing on user needsoriented approaches, prioritizing the resolution of high-frequency pain points in business operations,and strengthening the cultivation of interdisciplinary management talents. The digital transformation of scientific research management at University S is supported by a technical platform, centered on process collaboration, and secured by institutional reforms. The synergistic advancement of these three elements achieves a leap in efficiency.
