【摘要】 为清晰展现科技期刊在产业创新与成果转化中的作用以及转型路径，明确编辑在期刊转型中的角色与作用，文章以《药学进展》为研究案例，结合其转型实践开展分析，探究了科技期刊如何通过精准定位、资源整合、编辑角色重塑来实现发展以及这一过程对科技创新转化的赋能成效。文章明确了科技期刊需清晰定位自身发展方向，借助学术出版和学术会议整合学术资源，从而发挥行业引领作用；同时，发现编辑通过扮演学术经纪人、社群运营者、技术达人及项目经理等角色，在整合学术链与产业链资源、搭建科技平台、融合传播媒介等方面成效显著，为科技期刊与编辑的双重转型及实现双赢发展提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To clearly demonstrate the role of sci-tech journals in industrial innovation and achievement transformation as well as their transformation paths, and to clarify the role of editors in journal transformation, this study takes Progress in Pharmaceutical Sciences as a research case and adopts an analytical approach combining its transformation practices. It explores how sci-tech journals achieve development through precise positioning, resource integration, and editor role remodeling, as well as the enabling effect of this process on the transformation of scientific and technological innovation. The study clarifies that sci-tech journals need to clearly define their development direction and integrate academic resources through academic publishing and academic conferences to play a leading role in the industry. Meanwhile, it finds that by acting as academic brokers, community operators, technology experts, and project managers, editors play a significant role in integrating resources of the academic and industrial chains, building sci-tech platforms, and integrating communication media. This provides a reference for the dual transformation and win-win development of sci-tech journals and editors.更多还原
