【摘要】 学科专业是高等教育体系的核心支柱，学科专业的结构和质量直接影响高等教育服务经济社会高质量发展的能力和水平。文章梳理了江苏省地方高校学科专业设置与区域产业发展之间存在的问题，提出科学把握并处理好学科专业设置调整优化中规模与质量、速度与效益、效率与公平3大关系。最后在学科专业设置调整优化背景下，从人才培养、师资队伍、科学研究、社会服务、国际交流合作、治理体系等方面提出江苏省地方高校学科建设服务区域产业高质量发展的可行性对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Discipline and major are the core pillars of the higher education system, and their structure and quality directly affect the ability and level of higher education to serve the high-quality development of the economy and society. This article examines the issues existing between the setting of disciplines and majors in local universities in Jiangsu and regional industrial development, and proposes to scientifically grasp and handle the three major relationships in the adjustment and optimization of discipline and major settings: scale and quality, speed and efficiency, and efficiency and fairness. Finally, against the backdrop of the adjustment and optimization of discipline and major settings, this article proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions for discipline construction in local universities in Jiangsu to serve the high-quality development of regional industries, from aspects such as talent cultivation, faculty, scientific research, social services, international exchange and cooperation, and governance system.更多还原
