【Abstract】 Driven by digital economy and artificial intelligence technology, the development of new quality productive forces has become the power source to promote high-quality development, and high-quality development also provides policy guarantee and strategic guidance for new quality productive forces. The coordinated development of the two is an inevitable requirement of the times. This paper constructs an evaluation index system for high-quality development of new quality productive forces-enabled regions, introduces the combination of entropy-grey correlation method to determine the weight of evaluation index, and uses the data of Hebei Province from 2013 to 2022 to analyze the obstacle factors of high-quality development of new quality productive forces-enabled regions by using the coupling coordination degree and obstacle degree model.更多还原
