【摘要】 公共安全学作为应急技术与管理专业的必修课程，对应急领域知识体系构建起到基础性作用。目前，我国正系统全面推进智慧应急建设与发展，用科技支撑应急管理体系建设提升公共安全治理水平。在此背景下，公共安全知识与公共安全技术快速发展，公共安全学的教学内容及模式亟待更新。本文从智慧应急建设所需复合型创新人才培养的角度分析了本课程教学面临的挑战，有针对性地提出了多学科融合的教学内容、项目化实践教学方式、多元化课程考核体系、产学研结合的师资力量、“致广大而尽精微”的思政教育等课程教学举措，从而提高学生的系统思维能力与跨学科综合能力，培养理论与实践并重且适应智慧应急产业发展的应急人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduction to Public Safety is a compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in emergency technology and management. Currently, our country is systematically advancing the development of intelligent emergency management through the new generations of information technology, aiming to deepen the modernization of China’s emergency management system and enhance public safety governance. In light of this, the public safety system and technology are evolving rapidly, and thus course Introduction to Public Safety needs an urgent update to the course content and teaching model. This paper first analyzes the challenges in teaching from the perspective of cultivating interdisciplinary and innovative talents required by the development of intelligent emergency management, and then proposes a series of targeted teaching measures, including multidisciplinary course content, project-based practical teaching approaches, a multi-dimensional course evaluation method, faculty construction based on “combination of industry, school and research”, and ideological and political education with the idea of “attaining to the broad and great while addressing the delicate and minute”. These teaching measures aim to focus on both theory and practice, strengthen students’ systematic thinking ability and interdisciplinary synthesis ability, and cultivate compound talents for the intelligent emergency management industry.更多还原
