【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of the current state and constraints in the management of doctoral training processes, it is proposed that strengthening the management of these processes is one of the effective pathways to enhance the quality of doctoral education. Taking the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example, this paper provides a detailed explanation of the specific practical approaches adopted in establishing a structured quality assurance system, a standardized implementation framework, and an early warning mechanism for the management of doctoral training processes.更多还原
