【摘要】 探索以岗位胜任力为导向的项目式教学在口腔预防医学课程中的应用效果。选取42名安徽医科大学2021级本科生，随机分为实验教学组和常规教学组。实验教学组的学生在教师指导下通过自主设计开展口腔健康知识宣教，常规教学组按照传统课堂模式开展教学。项目结束后，采用问卷调查方式从主观层面评价实施效果，根据实验课得分从客观层面评价实施效果。结果表明：实验教学组学生在理论知识掌握程度和操作技能掌握程度上优于常规教学组的学生（P<0.05），实验课成绩也优于常规教学组学生（P<0.05）。这说明项目式教学有利于学生掌握理论知识和实践技能，有助于激发学生的学习兴趣，促进知识的内化。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper aims to explore the application effect of competency-oriented project-based teaching in the course of Preventive Dentistry. A total of 42 undergraduate students from Anhui Medical University’s class of 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental teaching group and a conventional teaching group. Students in the experimental teaching group independently designed and conducted oral health education activities under teacher guidance, while the conventional teaching group followed traditional classroom instruction. After the project, a questionnaire survey was used to subjectively evaluate the implementation effect, and experimental course scores were analyzed to objectively assess the outcomes. The results showed that students in the experimental teaching group outperformed those in the conventional teaching group in both theoretical knowledge mastery and operational skill proficiency(P<0.05). Additionally, the experimental teaching group achieved higher scores in the practical course compared to the conventional group(P<0.05). Project-based teaching is beneficial for enhancing students’ grasp of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, stimulating their learning interest, and promoting the internalization of knowledge.更多还原
