【Abstract】 Short video is currently deeply loved by the public and has become the main way of leisure and entertainment,information acquisition and knowledge learning. This paper takes the short video of Douyin as an example,combines user comments with the KANO model to explore the needs of short video users,aiming at optimizing the content and function of short video improving user experience. It collects user comments on the Tiktok short video platform by writing a Python crawler program,extracts keywords and codes user needs by using Textrank algorithm and K-means algorithm,designs questionnaires and surveys based on KANO model,obtains the classification results of user needs,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.更多还原
