原位热塑成型修复中折叠管力学特性及失效数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Mechanical Properties and Failure of Folded Pipes in In-situ Thermoplastic Forming Repair
【摘要】 由于原位热塑成型修复技术的特殊性,修复材料需在软化状态下拉入原有管道内,这一过程可能会导致材料拉伸和变形,从而影响管道的结构性能,甚至出现拉长或开裂的后果。针对实际施工中不同工况,即直管段和弯管段,本文采用ABAQUS有限元软件对折叠管拉入过程进行有限元仿真,探索折叠管结构应力及拉力值变化规律,优化施工过程,减小折叠管在牵拉过程中造成的损伤,为该修复工程设计与分析提供参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 Due to the particularity of the in-situ thermoplastic forming repair technology, the repair material needs to be pulled into the original pipeline in a softened state. This process may cause material stretching and deformation, thereby affecting the structural performance of the pipeline and even leading to elongation or cracking. Aiming at different working conditions in actual construction, namely straight pipe sections and elbow sections, namely straight pipe sections and elbow pipe sections, the ABAQUS finite element software is used to conduct finite element simulation on the pulling process of the folded pipes, explores the variation laws of structural stress and pulling force of folded pipes, so as to optimize the construction process and reduce the damage caused by folded pipes during the pulling process, which could provide reference for the design and analysis of such repair projects.
