产研知识协同能力评价与驱动因素研究——以武汉市光电子信息产业为例
Research on Evaluation and Driving Factors of Industry-Academia Knowledge Collaboration Capability: Taking Optoelectronic Information Industry in Wuhan as an Example
【摘要】 以武汉市光电子信息产业为例,从知识创造、知识共享与知识匹配3个维度构建了产研知识协同能力的评价体系。通过社会网络分析、文本分析等方法从专利信息中提取评价指标,运用熵权TOPSIS模型进行综合评估,并结合机器学习算法识别关键驱动因素。研究结果表明,龙头企业的产研知识协同能力表现突出,排名靠后的企业知识协同能力接近,且大多数为小微企业。光电显示产业链的企业产研知识协同能力最强,其次为光纤光缆和光通信。知识共享维度指标对评价的贡献最大,而知识匹配维度的指标差异化较低,贡献相对较小。这些发现揭示了光电子信息产业中不同企业类型和产业链环节在产研知识协同能力上的差异,为针对性提升产研知识协同能力提供了科学依据。最后,提出了针对性的对策建议,旨在通过促进知识创造、优化知识共享和提升知识匹配能力,进一步增强产业创新效率和深化产研合作。
【Abstract】 Research on the knowledge collaboration capability of industry-academia and its driving factors is crucial for enhancing industrial innovation efficiency and promoting collaborative efforts. This study focuses on Wuhan’s optoelectronic information industry and develops an evaluation system for industry-academia knowledge collaboration capability based on three dimensions: knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge alignment. Firstly, social network analysis and text analysis methods are adopted to extract evaluation indicators from patent data. Then, a comprehensive assessment is conducted using the entropy-weighted TOPSIS model, followed by the application of machine learning algorithms to identify key driving factors. The results indicate that leading companies exhibit significant advantages in knowledge collaboration capabilities, whereas smaller firms show more homogeneity. Among the sectors, optoelectronic display companies demonstrate the strongest knowledge collaboration capability, followed by fiber optics and optical communications. Indicators related to knowledge sharing contribute the most to the evaluation, while those related to knowledge alignment exhibit minimal differentiation and contribute less. These findings reveal heterogeneity in industry-academia knowledge collaboration capability across enterprise types and industry chain segments, providing scientific evidence for targeted improvement. Finally, targeted recommendations are provided to further enhance the efficiency of industrial innovation and deepen the collaboration between industry and research by promoting knowledge creation, optimizing knowledge sharing, and improving the ability of knowledge matching.
