【摘要】 数字创新生态系统为企业价值创造的产生和增长提供了新思路，在数字化赋能高质量发展的当下，企业不再只关注自身竞争优势，转而探讨数字价值以及生态系统的价值创造及捕获等问题，如何实现数字创新生态系统内的价值创造逐渐成为企业的创新发展目标。基于“资源-制度-产业”战略三角观，结合413份问卷数据，探究数字创新生态系统推动企业价值创造的机制，同时研究知识耦合的中介作用，以及数字治理和产业基础的调节作用。研究结果发现：企业构建数字创新生态系统可以显著正向影响企业价值创造；数字创新生态系统对企业互补性知识耦合以及替代性知识耦合有显著正向影响，并促进企业价值创造；数字治理促进数字创新生态系统对知识耦合的积极作用，产业丰富度和产业复杂度分别显著影响了数字创新生态系统对互补性和替代性知识耦合的作用。基于此提出企业在数字创新生态系统下依托数字治理，明晰产业环境，调用知识资源，实现价值创造的有效建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digital innovation ecosystem provides new perspectives for the generation and growth of enterprise value creation. In the context of digital empowerment for high-quality development, enterprises are shifting focus from individual competitive advantages to exploring digital value and issues related to value creation and capture within ecosystems. Knowledge coupling, as a dynamic knowledge management model, can help enterprises integrate knowledge resources in the digital innovation ecosystem, which is an important source of enterprise value creation. In the face of increasingly fierce global competition, achieving value creation within digital innovation ecosystems has become a key innovation development goal for enterprises. Based on the "resource-institution-industry" strategic triangle perspective and survey data from 413 questionnaires, this study investigates the mechanisms through which digital innovation ecosystems drive enterprise value creation, and it studies the mediating role of knowledge coupling between digital innovation ecosystems and enterprise value creation, as well as the moderating roles of digital governance and industrial foundation. The findings reveal that constructing a digital innovation ecosystem significantly and positively impacts enterprise value creation. The digital innovation ecosystem has a significant positive effect on complementary and substitutive knowledge coupling, thereby promoting enterprise value creation. Digital governance enhances the positive role of digital innovation ecosystems in knowledge coupling, while industry diversity contributes to the positive effect of digital innovation ecosystems on complementary knowledge coupling, and industry complexity attenuates the positive effect of digital innovation ecosystem on alternative knowledge coupling. Accordingly, the study proposes effective recommendations for enterprises to leverage digital governance, clarify industry environments, and utilize knowledge resources to achieve value creation within digital innovation ecosystems.更多还原
