【摘要】 作为现代农业发展的创新组织模式，科技小院是推进乡村产业振兴的重要科技支撑。在分析乡村产业发展面临主体缺失、要素不足、产业结构单一等困境基础上，借助嵌入理论与赋能理论，通过描述和研究井冈蜜柚科技小院案例，分析科技小院赋能乡村产业振兴的机制路径和实践经验。研究表明，在科技小院赋能乡村产业振兴过程中，科技小院及其科技小院的学生通过嵌入乡村社会，实现身份叠加和转变，让全天候提供农业技术服务支持产业发展成为可能；新型农业经营主体与合作社是推进科技小院赋能乡村产业发展的重要载体；高校、科研机构之间紧密合作，有效促进乡村产业转型升级，助力乡村产业振兴。因此，要结合地区优势产业，发挥科技小院作用，加快人才培育与科技服务；注重培育新型农业经营主体，带动乡村产业发展；注重发挥高校、科研机构的要素集聚作用，共同带动乡村产业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an innovative organizational model for the development of modern agriculture, the science and technology backyard is an important scientific and technological support for promoting the revitalization of rural industries. On the basis of analyzing the dilemmas faced by the development of rural industries, such as the lack of subjects, insufficient elements, and single industrial structure, with the help of embedding theory and empowerment theory, this paper analyzes the mechanism path and practical experience of the revitalization of rural industries by describing and studying the case of Jinggang Pomelo Science and Technology Academy. The research shows that in the process of empowering the revitalization of rural industries in the science and technology backyard, the students of the science and technology academy and its science and technology backyard can realize the superposition and transformation of identities by embedding themselves in the rural society, making it possible to provide agricultural technical services around the clock to support the development of the industry. New agricultural business entities and cooperatives are important carriers to promote the development of rural industries empowered by science and technology backyards. Close cooperation between universities and scientific research institutions can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industries and help the revitalization of rural industries.
