【摘要】 数字经济作为新兴的创新驱动力，为区域高质量发展提供了关键支撑，深入研究其作用机制对于破解区域发展瓶颈、提升区域综合实力具有重要价值。基于技术-组织-环境（TOE）理论框架，以数字技术创新、数字人才、产业数字化、数字产业化、数字金融、数字政府和数字基础设施为关键前因变量，采用动态定性比较分析（QCA）方法，从组态视角分析我国数字经济驱动区域高质量发展的作用路径。研究发现：（1）技术、组织、环境维度中的任何一个前因条件都无法单独构成数字经济影响区域高质量发展的必要条件，前因条件需要通过组态匹配才能推动高质量发展；（2）驱动区域高质量发展的3个组态均是多因素共同发挥作用，且前两个组态核心条件相同，因此将前两个组态共同命名为创新驱动型，另外一个组态命名为多元综合型，而导致区域非高质量发展有4个组态，且与高质量发展的驱动路径存在非对称性特征；（3）驱动区域高质量发展的3个组态存在时间上的差异，随着时间的变化均对地区高质量发展的作用效果越来越强。由此建议各地区应重点提升数字技术创新水平，同时结合自身产业基础，优化数字人才布局，完善数字基础设施，优化配置数字金融与数字政府资源，形成因地制宜的数字经济要素组合策略，助力区域高质量发展加速推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an emerging driving force for innovation, the digital economy provides key support for regional highquality development, and in-depth study of its mechanism is of great value for breaking the bottleneck of regional development and improving the comprehensive strength of the region. Based on the technology-organizationenvironment(TOE) theoretical framework, with digital technology innovation, digital talent, industrial digitalization, digital industrialization, digital finance, digital government, and digital infrastructure as the key antecedent variables, adopts the dynamic qualitative comparative analysis(QCA) method, and analyzes the role path of China’s digital economy in driving the regional high-quality development from the group state perspective. The results are found as follows:(1) Any single antecedent condition in the technological, organizational, and environmental dimensions cannot alone constitute a necessary condition for the digital economy to influence the regional high-quality development, and the antecedent conditions need to be matched by grouping in order to promote high-quality development;(2) The three configurations that drive high-quality development in the region are all influenced by multiple factors, and the core conditions of the first two configurations are the same, therefore, the first two configurations are collectively named as innovation driven and the other configuration is named as multi-dimensional comprehensiveness, while there are four groupings leading to regional non-high-quality development, and they are characterized by asymmetry with the driving path of high-quality development;(3) there are temporal differences between the three groupings that drive the regional high-quality development, and all of them have stronger and stronger effects on the regional high-quality development with the change of time. In view of the above, it is suggested that all regions should focus on improving the level of digital technology innovation, and at the same time, optimize the layout of digital talents, improve digital infrastructure, optimize the allocation of digital finance and digital government resources, and form a combination strategy of digital economy elements according to local conditions, so as to accelerate regional highquality development.更多还原
