“双碳”和新工科双背景下“环境影响评价”课程教学改革探索

【摘要】 随着我国碳达峰碳中和目标的稳步推进和新工科教育理念的深入贯彻，驱动着各领域的变革发展。环境工程专业的核心课程——“环境影响评价”亦面临教学改革的新挑战。本文分析了该课程目前普遍存在的问题，明确双重背景下环境影响评价的教学目标需引入“双碳”知识及多学科综合思维能力培养等，探讨了教学内容与方法的创新以及考核方式的多样化途径。通过这一系列的改革措施，旨在提高课程的教学质量，增强学生的实践能力和创新思维，为环境领域输送优质专业人才，助力国家“双碳”愿景与可持续发展宏图的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the steady progress of China’s " carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" strategy and the in-depth implementation of the new engineering education concept,changes and developments in various fields have been driven.The core course of the Environmental Engineering major-" Environmental Impact Assessment" is also facing new challenges in teaching reform.This paper analyzes the prevalent problems currently existing in this course.It clarifies that under the dual background,the teaching objectives of Environmental Impact Assessment need to incorporate the knowledge of " carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" as well as the cultivation of multidisciplinary comprehensive thinking abilities.It also explores the innovation of teaching content and methods and the diversified approaches to assessment methods.The aim is to improve the teaching quality of the course,enhance students’ practical abilities and innovation,supply high-quality professional personnel for the environmental field,and contribute to the realization of the country’s " carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" vision and the grand blueprint of sustainable development.更多还原
