生成式AI背景下的化工教学改革与创新人才培养路径探索
【摘要】 本文探讨了生成式AI在化工教学改革与创新人才培养中的应用。首先,分析了国内外化工课堂教学现状,指出传统教学存在的问题以及人工智能对教育的推动作用;其次,阐述了在生成式AI背景下化工教学改革与创新人才培养路径的意义,包括提升教学质量、激发学生创新思维和满足化工行业发展需求等;再次,提出了具体实施措施,如提升课堂质量、辅助备课,引导学生探究、辅助答疑,考查学习成果、评估反馈和树立正确伦理观、保护隐私,同时强调了需要关注的重点问题,如引导学生批判性思考、防止过度依赖和培养多维创新素养等;最后,总结了这种融合对化工教学和行业发展的积极影响。
【Abstract】 This paper explores the application of generative AI in chemical engineering teaching reform and innovative talent cultivation.Firstly, it analyzes the current situation of chemical engineering classroom teaching at home and abroad, points out the problems of traditional teaching and the promoting role of artificial intelligence in education.Then, it elaborates on the significance of the path of chemical engineering teaching reform and innovative talent cultivation under the background of generative AI,including improving teaching quality, inspiring students’ innovative thinking and meeting the development needs of the chemical engineering industry.Subsequently, specific implementation measures are proposed, such as improving classroom quality, assisting in lesson preparation, guiding students to explore and answering questions, examining learning outcomes, evaluating feedback, and establishing a correct ethical view and protecting privacy.At the same time, it emphasizes the key issues that need attention, such as guiding students’ critical thinking, preventing over-reliance and cultivating multi-dimensional innovation literacy.Finally, it summarizes the positive impact of this integration on chemical engineering graduate teaching and industry development.
