案例式教学法在“医疗保险学”本科教学中的应用效果研究
【摘要】 为探讨案例式教学法在“医疗保险学”本科教学中的应用效果,本研究选取广西医科大学2021级公共事业管理专业学生作为研究对象。其中,对照组1班、2班采用传统教学法授课,试验组3班、4班采用案例式教学法授课,统计两组理论测试成绩和教学满意度调查结果。结果显示,案例式教学组学生比传统教学组学生的测试成绩和各项满意度指标更高。案例式教学不仅能够增强学生对基础知识的理解,还能够培养学生解决实际问题的创新思维和能力,全面提升学生的综合素养,为他们未来的学习和职业生涯打下坚实的基础,具有进一步研究推广价值。
【Abstract】 To explore the application effect of case-based teaching method in the undergraduate teaching of "Medical Insurance",this study selected students majoring in Public Administration from the 2021 grade at Guangxi Medical University as the research subjects.Among them, Classes1~2 served as the control group, receiving traditional teaching methods, while Classes 3~4 comprised the experimental group, adopting case-based teaching method.The study then analyzed the theoretical test scores and teaching satisfaction survey results from both groups.The results indicated that students in the case-based teaching group achieved higher test scores and expressed greater satisfaction.Case-based teaching not only enhances students’ understanding of fundamental knowledge but also fosters innovative thinking and abilities to solve practical problems, thus warranting further research and promotion.
