【Abstract】 The article explores the application effect of combining mind mapping with PBL teaching mode in flow cytometry internship teaching. 89 interns were divided into a control group(traditional teaching, 43 people) and an observation group(mind map + PBL, 46 people). The results showed that the theoretical and operational performance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(, and the teaching satisfaction was higher.
