眼视光医学临床教学中数字化PBL―CBL教学法的应用
Application of Digital PBL-CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Ophthalmology and Optometry Medicine
【摘要】 目的:旨在探讨数字化PBL―CBL教学法在眼视光医学临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取40名本科实习学生,按教学方法分为传统教学组、CBL+PBL组及数字化PBL―CBL组,进行3个月的集中学习。采用多种评估方法进行考核。结果:数字化PBL―CBL组在综合评定成绩、临床技能熟练度、匿名评定等指标上均明显优于传统教学组(P<0.05),CBL+PBL组与数字化PBL―CBL组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:数字化PBL―CBL教学法能有效地提高学生的临床能力,在眼视光医学临床教学中具有显著的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of digital PBL-CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of optometry. Methods: 40 undergraduate intern students were selected and divided into traditional teaching group, CBL+PBL group and digital PBL-CBL group according to teaching methods, and conducted intensive study for 3 months. A variety of assessment methods are used for assessment. Results: The digital PBL-CBL group was significantly better than the traditional teaching group in comprehensive assessment scores, clinical skill proficiency, anonymous assessment and other indicators(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the CBL+PBL group and the digital PBL-CBL group(P>0.05). Conclusion: The digital PBL-CBL teaching method can effectively improve students’ clinical abilities and has significant application value in clinical teaching of optometry.
