算力网络架构的演进与创新

【摘要】 随着数字经济的快速发展,算力网络有望成为新一代信息基础设施,其对于发展“新质生产力”的重要性日益凸显。梳理并调研了算力网络的发展需求与现状、发展趋势、关键问题与挑战及应用示范验证。研究发现,算力网络呈现出多元泛在、智能敏捷、安全可靠、绿色低碳等特征。但当前仍处于起步阶段,在技术体系和工作机制方面尚未达成共识。针对上述挑战,从国家、行业和技术层面提出了加快顶层设计和标准制定、推进关键技术研发、构建绿色产业生态等发展建议。这些建议对促进算力网络与传统网络深度融合、加速数字经济发展具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of digital economy, computing-aware network(CAN) is expected to become a new generation of information infrastructure, and its importance to the development of "new quality productivity" has become increasingly prominent. The development needs and trends, key problems and challenges, and application demonstration and verification of CANs are systematically sorted out and deeply investigated. The study found that the CAN presents the characteristics of ubiquitous, intelligent, reliable, and green,however, it is still in the initial stage, and no consensus has been reached in terms of technical system and working mechanism. In response to the above challenges, the corresponding development suggestions were put forward from the national, industrial, and technical levels, including accelerating the top-level design and standard formulation, promoting the research and development of key technologies,and building a green industrial ecology. These suggestions are of great significance for promoting the deep integration of CANs and traditional networks and accelerating the development of digital economy.
