废弃煤矿地下空间资源评估指标体系及模型

【摘要】 由于废弃煤矿数量的日益增加,造成大量地下空间资源闲置。因此,废弃煤矿地下空间资源评估指标体系和模型构建工作亟待开展。为了科学合理估算废弃煤矿地下空间资源,通过全面文献调研,以科学性、全面性、实际性为基本原则,建立了3个一级指标、18个二级指标的地下空间资源评估指标体系。为避免单个权重计算方法产生严重的结果偏差,以及减少仅使用主观赋权法带来的不确定性,本文分别采用AHP层次分析法、优序图法、G1序关系分析法以及CRITIC-G1主客观组合赋权法,并结合专家打分计算不同评估指标体系中各级指标的权重。权重计算结果表明,安全稳定性在地下空间资源评估体系中占据重要影响地位。以山西省某废弃煤矿为案例研究,根据该废弃煤矿资源特征选取模糊综合评价模型对其地下空间资源进行评估。四种不同指标权重下的评估结果均为优,表明了该废弃煤矿地下空间资源优秀,适宜开发。通过理论计算和实例研究,文章构建的评估指标体系及模型将对废弃煤矿地下空间资源评估的研究工作具有一定的实际指导意义。

【Abstract】 For the increasing number of abandoned coal mines, there are large amounts of idle underground space resources. Consequently, the evaluation index system and model construction of underground space resources in abandoned coal mines need to be carried out urgently. Through the comprehensive literature review, an evaluation index system of underground space resources with 3 first-level indexes and 18 second-level indexes has been established on the basis of the basic principles of scientificity, comprehensiveness and practicality. To avoid result deviation caused by a single weight-calculation method and reduce the uncertainty caused by subjective weighting methods, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), Preference Diagram Method, G1 Order-Relation Analysis Method, and the CRITIC-G1 subjective-objective combined weighting method are adopted in the study, respectively. In combination with expert scoring, the indicator weights of all levels are calculated in different evaluation index systems. The weight calculation result indicates that safety and stability plays an important role in the underground space resources evaluation system. Taking an abandoned coal mine in Shanxi Province as a case study, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is selected to evaluate the underground space resources of abandoned coal mine, according to its resource characteristics. The evaluation result from four index weight calculation is excellent, indicating that the underground space resources of abandoned coal mine are suitable for development and utilization. Through theoretical calculation and case study, the evaluation index system and model constructed in this paper would have the certain practical guiding significance for the research of underground space resources evaluation of abandoned coal mines.
