【摘要】 黄芩是一种被广泛使用的传统草药，具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗菌和抗氧化等药理活性，临床上可有效治疗多种疾病。黄芩主要活性成分有黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩苷和汉黄芩素等。临床上黄芩常与黄连、柴胡、知母、大黄等中药配伍应用。通过对黄芩的药理作用机制以及常见黄芩药对的临床应用与药理作用进行综述，为将来更好地开发黄芩及其药对提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scutellaria baicalensis is a widely used traditional herbal medicine with rich pharmacological activities,including anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant activities,which are clinically effective in the treatment of a wide range of diseases.This herbal medicine mainly consists of active substances,such as baicalin,baicalein,wogonoside and wogonin,et al.Clinically,Scutellaria baicalensis is often used in combination with Coptis chinensis Franch.,Bupleurum chinense DC.,Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.,Rheum officinale Baill.and other traditional Chinese medicines.The pharmacological effects and mechanisms of Scutellaria baicalensis as well as the clinical applications of common Scutellaria baicalensis medicinal pairs are summarized to provide a reference for the better development of Scutellaria baicalensis and its medicinal pairs in the future.更多还原
