【摘要】 随着我国步入“双龄共养”时代,老携幼群体的比例持续上升,其特殊需求日益显著。如何满足老幼群体在户外共享空间开展活动的合理诉求,成为亟待解决的问题。文章引入组织行为学中的ERG理论,将其与规划设计领域的技术标准结合,构建了具有可操作性的住区户外老幼活动空间评价体系。运用结构方程模型方法对调研数据进行分析,得出指标权重结果,以指导空间优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China enters the era of "co-caring for the elderly and children", the proportion of the group of the elderly taking care of children is continuously rising, and their special needs are becoming increasingly prominent. How to meet the reasonable demands of the elderly and children for activities in outdoor shared spaces has become an urgent issue to be addressed. This paper introduces the ERG theory from organizational behavior and combines it with the technical standards in the field of planning and design to establish an operable evaluation system for outdoor activity spaces for the elderly and children in residential areas.
