【摘要】 在城市存量化发展及浙江省未来社区建设的背景下，老旧社区公共空间拆旧改新往往忽视场地的情感联结，导致地域特征消解与居民归属感弱化。文章基于场所依恋理论，结合层次分析法（AHP）构建涵盖物理、功能、文化三维度的公共空间场所依恋评价体系，并以杭州市桃花弄、松木场及铁路新村为实证对象，通过实地调研、SPSS数据分析及问卷反馈，量化分析不同空间类型的依恋影响因子权重。结果表明：功能要素对依恋度有显著驱动作用，而文化要素则为情感归属提供深层支撑。基于此，文章从情感重塑、空间营建和文化延续出发，构建社区公共空间营建体系，以期为高质量社区公共空间的情感化发展提供理论与实现的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of urban stock-oriented development and future community construction in Zhejiang Province, the renovation of public spaces in old communities frequently overlooks emotional ties to the site, leading to the erosion of regional identity and a declining sense of belonging among residents. This study, grounded in the theory of place attachment and utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), establishes an evaluation system encompassing physical, functional, and cultural dimensions for assessing public space attachment. Focusing on three old communities in Hangzhou-Taohuadong, Songmucang, and Tielu Xincun-the research adopts field surveys, SPSS data analysis, and questionnaire feedback to quantitatively determine the weights of attachment-influencing factors for different spatial types. Results indicate that functional factors play a significant role in fostering place attachment, while cultural factors provide deeper support for emotional belonging. Based on these findings, the paper proposes a framework for public space improvement in old communities, emphasizing emotional reshaping, spatial construction, and cultural continuity,offering both theoretical and practical references for the emotionally-driven development of high-quality community public spaces.更多还原
