【摘要】 文章以加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学温哥华校区（以下简称“UBC”）与华南理工大学（以下简称“华工”）的校园教学、生活圈的关系为探讨对象，比较国内外大型高校校园教学、生活区的现状。从校区整体规划、交通组织方式、社区政策支持等方面，分析UBC的“UTOWN”战略计划，并以华工五山校区作为国内校园典型案例与之进行对比，共同探讨我国校园社区与周边发展改造的方式与策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes the current development of the University of British Columbia as an example to explore the relationship between foreign universities and their teaching life circles and the existing problems. The paper focuses on the development of the faculty and staff living area and the overall campus of the two schools. From the overall planning of the school district, transportation organization, community policy support, etc.,the UTOWN strategic plan of the University of British Columbia is analyzed, and the Wushan Campus of South China University of Technology is used as the domestic the typical case of the campus is compared with it.
