【摘要】 全龄友好社区的建设成为当前应对老龄化和少子化趋势的重要举措。本研究以哈尔滨主城区的社区中心为案例，构建了由核心节点、随机锚点及目的地节点组成的代际融合情境链模式。研究通过问卷预调研、无人机视频采集及定量计算等方法，识别并梳理得到教养陪伴、休憩娱乐、生活支持三条典型的代际融合情境链；量化了影响代际融合潜力的情境链环境因素；提出了符合不同代际群体活动偏好的复合情境链模式及建设策略。研究既为全龄友好社区中心的营建提供针对性的参考，也为面向社区公共服务复合设施的策划提供支持和依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of age-friendly communities is a crucial initiative to address the current trends of population aging and low birth rates.Focusing on community centers in Harbin’s main urban area as a case study,this research establishes an intergenerational integration Scenario chain model composed of core nodes,random anchors,and destination nodes.Utilizing methods such as preliminary questionnaire surveys,UAV video capture,and quantitative analysis,the study identifies and details three typical intergenerational Scenario chains:parenting companionship,leisure and recreation,and life support;quantifies the environmental factors influencing the potential for intergenerational integration within these chains;and proposes a composite Scenario chain model and corresponding construction strategies tailored to the activity preferences of diverse generational groups.Ultimately,this work offers targeted references for the construction of age-friendly community centers,while also providing support and basis for the planning of complex facilities for integrated community public services.更多还原
