城市排水系统大数据可持续价值实现路径分析

【摘要】 随着智慧水务建设的推进,排水系统大数据逐渐成为行业转型升级的核心驱动力。通过分析智慧水务不同阶段的大数据特征,系统梳理政府、企业、公众等多主体价值需求,并提出“数据资产化—技术赋能—生态共建”三维价值实现路径。结合区块链确权、AI模型商业化、数据交易平台等新兴模式,提出可持续价值转化的实施策略,为盈利模式建立提供参考,助力构建“数据驱动、多方共赢”的智慧排水生态体系。

【Abstract】 With the advancement of smart water management, big data in urban drainage systems has gradually become the core driving force for industry transformation and upgrading. This paper analyzes the characteristics of big data at different stages of smart water management development, systematically examines the value demands of multiple stakeholders including governments, enterprises, and the public, and proposes a three-dimensional value realization path of “data assetization—technology empowerment—ecological co-construction.” By integrating emerging models such as blockchain-based rights confirmation, commercialization of AI models, and data trading platforms, this study presents implementation strategies for sustainable value transformation, provides references for establishing profit models, and contributes to building a “data-driven, multi-party win-win” smart drainage ecosystem.
