城市水环境雨天冲击污染中新污染物水质风险与控制策略

【摘要】 城市雨天冲击性污染已成为制约水环境质量持续改善的瓶颈问题,其成因源于合流制雨天溢流污染与分流制雨水管道混接排放,导致多源新污染物高强度、非稳态进入水环境,对水环境生态安全和水源水质安全产生影响。综述了雨天冲击性污染中多种新污染物的来源特征和迁移转化,并聚焦于雨天冲击性污染导致的水质风险,分别从水质恶化风险、水质生态风险和水质健康风险三个方面系统论述了雨天冲击性污染中多种新污染物相互作用及其不良效应的研究进展。此外,对如何精准识别雨天冲击性污染中的高风险新污染物,解析其在复杂排水系统中的多介质转化机制与多场景释放规律,以及如何实现更高效绿色的全流程管控进行了讨论与展望。

【Abstract】 Storm-induced pollution in urban areas has become a bottleneck problem hindering the continuous improvement of water quality. It mainly stems from combined sewer overflows and discharge of illicitly-connected separate storm sewer, leading to high-intensity and chaotic inputs of multi-source emerging contaminants into water bodies. Focusing on water quality risks caused by storm-induced pollution, this study summarizes the sources, migration and transformation of various emerging contaminants from storm-induced pollution. Meanwhile, it systematically discusses potential risk from three perspectives: water quality deterioration risk, ecological risk, and health risk. Furthermore, the study provides insights into identifying high-risk emerging contaminants in storm-induced pollution, elucidating the multi-media transformation mechanism and multi-scenario release mechanism within drainage systems, and achieving more efficient and greener whole-process control strategies.
