【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy，the engineering construction industry is booming，but the problem of engineering cost restricts the development of the industry.This paper deeply analyzes the cost management problems in the stages of project investment decision-making，design，bidding，construction，and final accounts for delivery(completion)，and puts forward countermeasures.By enhancing the importance of cost management，strengthening the construction of professional teams，and integrating innovative concepts such as cross-stage dynamic control，collaborative optimization of interests，application of emerging technologies，and organic linkage between risk quantification and cost at all stages，it aims to improve the level of cost management.更多还原
