【摘要】 建筑外窗洞口与外窗之间交接处的密封防水，是建筑防水的薄弱环节。本研究聚焦我国常见的集合住宅的外窗洞口防水构造问题，分析了建筑外窗洞口防水失效的成因，在总结居住建筑外窗防水实践经验及相关技术标准、产品的基础上，尝试了梳理外窗防水的防水和排水解决方案，提出了立口式附框安装、墙体企口式窗洞口、窗洞口防水带、窗台披水板4种主要的防水构造及其构造节点，为居住建筑防水品质的提升提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sealing and waterproofing at the junction between the outer window openings and the outer windows of buildings is a vulnerable point in building waterproofing. This research focuses on the waterproof structure issues of the outer window openings of common apartment buildings in China, analyzes the causes of the failure of waterproofing at the outer window openings of buildings. Based on summarizing the practical experience of waterproofing for the outer windows of residential buildings as well as relevant technical standards and products, it attempts to sort out the waterproofing and drainage solutions for the outer windows, and proposes four main waterproof structures and their structural nodes, namely, the installation of vertical frame with attachment, the window opening with rabbet on the wall, the waterproof belt for the window opening, and the drip board of the window sill, providing references for the improvement of the waterproof quality of residential buildings.更多还原
