带悬臂梁段H型钢柱-箱形截面钢梁全螺栓连接节点抗震性能
Seismic performance of fully bolted connection between H-shaped steel column and box-section steel beam with cantilever beam segment
【摘要】 为实现H型钢柱与箱形截面钢梁的高效装配连接,研发了一种带悬臂梁段的H型钢柱-箱形截面钢梁全螺栓连接节点。通过对2个不同盒式连接件腹板厚度的节点进行低周往复加载足尺试验和有限元分析,对比研究节点的承载性能、变形能力、刚度退化、耗能能力、破坏模式和延性等抗震性能。结果表明:随着盒式连接件腹板厚度的增大,节点的破坏模式由连接件受拉断裂转变为钢梁翼缘受拉断裂,盒式连接件腹板局部屈曲得到有效抑制,节点的承载性能得到提升;节点的转角延性系数均大于3,极限位移角均超过4%,满足抗震性能设计要求。有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,由参数分析可知,增加盒式连接件腹板厚度和悬臂梁段长度可以有效提高节点的承载性能,增加螺栓预紧力可以改善节点的耗能能力。
【Abstract】 To achieve efficient assembly connection on site,a fully bolted connection between H-shaped steel column and box-section steel beam with cantilever beam segment was developed.Through full-scale low cyclic loading tests and finite element analysis on two connection specimens with different web thicknesses of the box connector,the seismic performance of the connection specimens with different web thicknesses of the box connector were comparatively examined in terms of bearing and deformation capacity,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation,failure mode and ductility.The results show that as the web thickness of the box connector increases,the failure mode of the connection specimens change from tensile fracture of the connector to tensile fracture of the steel beam flange,and the local buckling of the web of the box connector is effectively suppressed,and the bearing capacity of the specimen is improved.The ductility coefficients of the connection specimens both exceed three,and the ultimate drifts exceed 4%,meeting the seismic performance design requirements.The finite element analysis results of the established finite element model agree well with the test results.According to parametric analyses,it can be concluded that increasing the web thickness of the box connector and the length of the cantilever beam segment can effectively enhance the bearing capacity of the connections,and increasing the bolt preload can improve the energy dissipation capacity of the connections.
